John was raised in San Francisco and has resided in Marin County for 20+ years.  As owner of PhotosMarin, an all-things photography offering http://www.photosmarin.com, John is intimately involved with Marin County artists and lovers of art. As a photographer, John brings his critical eye and artistic sensibilities when capturing and printing family memories, leading professional portrait and headshot sessions, scanning and enhancing family photos, old and new, and helping clients with their own photographic visions and workflows. In his own work, John leans towards beautiful landscapes, abstract scenes and the textures of everyday life (always with a twist).
